12-Month Warranty Policy

Effective date: July 21, 2026

Warranty period

MATPRINT LP warrants its products against qualifying manufacturing defects for 12 months from the delivery date, unless a written quotation or invoice provides a different warranty period.

What is covered

Coverage may include material or workmanship failures that occur during normal intended use, such as premature separation or a verified production defect that materially prevents the product from performing as described.

What is not covered

• Normal wear, fading, staining, or appearance changes caused by ordinary use.
• Damage caused by incorrect cleaning, chemicals, bleach, excessive heat, pressure washing, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions.
• Cuts, burns, vehicle damage, misuse, vandalism, flooding, or unsuitable placement.
• Minor color differences between screens, proofs, samples, and finished materials.
• Normal material and manufacturing tolerances.
• Customer-supplied artwork errors that appeared in an approved proof.

Making a claim

Email info@matprint.com with the invoice or order number, delivery date, description of the issue, photographs of the complete product and affected area, and information about use and cleaning. Do not return or dispose of the product until instructions are provided.

Available remedies

After inspection, MATPRINT LP may repair, replace, reproduce, or refund the affected product as appropriate. The remedy will reflect the nature of the defect, product age and use, applicable legal rights, and any written order-specific terms.

Mandatory rights

This warranty is in addition to consumer or commercial rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
