Production time
Most customized logo mats are normally produced within 5-7 business days after cleared payment and final artwork approval. Larger quantities, unusual sizes, special materials, artwork revisions, or temporary supply constraints may require additional time. Any different estimate will be shown in the quotation or communicated before production.
Delivery time
Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Delivery timing depends on the destination, carrier, service level, weather, customs, and other conditions outside MATPRINT LP’s direct control. A requested or estimated delivery date is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are disclosed in the written quotation, invoice, checkout, or order confirmation before payment. If an online estimate cannot calculate shipping for an unusual location or product, MATPRINT LP will provide a written charge before accepting the order.
Tracking and receipt
Tracking information is provided when available. The customer is responsible for supplying a complete deliverable address and for arranging receipt of the shipment. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated delivery attempt may be charged to the customer where permitted.
International duties and taxes
For cross-border shipments, import duties, brokerage charges, and destination taxes may apply. The quotation or invoice will state when such charges are included. When they are not included, they are the recipient’s responsibility.
Loss or transit damage
Report visible package damage to the carrier at delivery when possible. Contact MATPRINT LP within 7 calendar days with the order number and photographs of the product and packaging. We will assist with the carrier claim and provide the remedy required by the order terms and applicable law.
