Information we collect
We may collect names, company names, email addresses, telephone numbers, billing and shipping addresses, product selections, dimensions, quantities, artwork, design instructions, quotation and invoice details, payment status, communications, IP address, device information, and website usage information.
How we use information
- To prepare designs and quotations and fulfill orders.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To manufacture and deliver customized products.
- To provide customer service, refunds, and warranty support.
- To maintain business, tax, accounting, and legal records.
- To secure, operate, and improve the website and services.
Payment information
Card and online payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Wise. MATPRINT LP receives transaction status and related payment information needed to reconcile the order, but payment providers handle card details under their own privacy and security practices.
How information is shared
We may share information only as reasonably necessary with payment processors, production partners, technology and hosting providers, shipping carriers, professional advisers, fraud-prevention providers, and public authorities where legally required. We do not sell customer personal information.
Artwork
Submitted logos and artwork are used to prepare proofs and manufacture the requested products. They may be shared with production partners solely for that purpose. Contact us if artwork should be deleted after legal and operational retention requirements have been satisfied.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably required to complete transactions, provide support, satisfy accounting or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information, although no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions. You may also object to certain uses or withdraw consent where applicable. We will verify requests before acting on them.
